Sage is a fuzzy, soft, green herb that will delight your senses with its aromatic qualities and many health benefits.

Sage can dazzle the senses by adding flavour to culinary dishes and also may help clear the senses of negative energy and ease menopausal symptoms. That is more than enough incentive to get me excited about Sage!

A Mediterranean herb, sage has uses in traditional recipes.  This herb be used dried or fresh.
